2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Vercel processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not loaded from Google.

3. AI assistant (chat)

The Digiflowhub Assistant on this site is an AI, not a person. What you type is sent to Anthropic PBC (548 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) to generate the reply, together with the earlier messages of the same chat. We do not store chat transcripts ourselves; Anthropic may keep API inputs and outputs for a limited period for abuse monitoring under its commercial terms and does not use them to train models. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where you ask about our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering visitor questions). Transfers to the USA rely on the standard contractual clauses in Anthropic's data processing addendum.

4. Booking a discovery call

When you book a call we process your name, email address, business type, any notes you add, and the time you chose. We use this to create a calendar event in our Google Workspace account (Google Cloud EMEA Ltd, Dublin, Ireland) and Google sends you the invitation. A notification with the same details is passed to our automation service Make (Celonis s.r.o., Prague, Czech Republic, EU servers) so we can prepare for the call.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps you asked for before a possible contract). We keep booking details as long as needed for the call and any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Abuse protection

To stop automated misuse of the chat and booking forms, we count requests per IP address. These counters are held for at most 48 hours with Upstash Inc. (EU region) and then deleted automatically. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protecting our services from abuse).

6. Email contact

If you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Emails are kept as long as needed for the conversation and as required by retention rules.

6a. Kontaktaufnahme mit Geschäftskunden / Contacting business prospects

Deutsch. Wir sprechen Unternehmen gelegentlich per Post an oder, nach einer angenommenen Vernetzungsanfrage, über LinkedIn. Dafür verwenden wir geschäftliche Kontaktdaten aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen (Website des Unternehmens, Impressum, Stellenanzeigen, LinkedIn), zum Beispiel Firmenname, Name und Funktion der Ansprechperson und Geschäftsadresse. Zweck ist ein einmaliges geschäftliches Angebot. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (unser berechtigtes Interesse, mögliche Geschäftskunden auf unsere Leistungen hinzuweisen).

Erhalten wir keine Antwort, löschen wir die Daten nach 90 Tagen, bei einem Widerspruch sofort. Empfänger gibt es keine, außer einem Druck- und Versanddienstleister für Briefe, falls wir einen einsetzen; er verarbeitet die Daten nur in unserem Auftrag.

Sie können dieser Verarbeitung jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO), formlos per E-Mail an contact@digiflowhub.com. Außerdem haben Sie das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 15 bis 18 DSGVO) und das Recht, sich bei der Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg (LDA Brandenburg) zu beschweren. English. We occasionally contact businesses by post or, after a connection request has been accepted, on LinkedIn. For this we use business contact details from public sources (the company website, imprint, job ads, LinkedIn), such as the company name, the contact person's name and role, and the business address. The purpose is a one-off business offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in telling potential business customers about our services).

If we receive no response, we delete the data after 90 days, or immediately if you object. There are no recipients, apart from a letter printing and mailing service if we use one, which processes the data only on our behalf.

You can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) by emailing contact@digiflowhub.com. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing (Art. 15 to 18 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of Brandenburg (LDA Brandenburg). 7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). To use these rights, email us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow.
