Digiflowhub has three pricing tiers: Discovery is a free 60-minute workflow review with no commitment, Build is a one-time project fee starting from EUR 499 to design and deploy one AI system, and Scale is an optional ongoing monthly plan from EUR 299 for continued monitoring and support. Most clients start with Discovery, then decide whether Build or Scale fits their needs.
Discovery: the free starting point
Discovery is a free 60-minute review of your current workflows, identifying your top 3 automation opportunities, with a written summary delivered within 3 days and no commitment attached.
This is where nearly every engagement starts, since it establishes exactly what's worth automating before any money changes hands.
Build: the one-time project fee
Build is a one-time project fee starting from EUR 499 to design, build, and deploy one specific AI system, a voice agent, a document tool, an automation workflow, scoped to your exact needs.
It includes full system design and build, deployment and testing, 2 weeks of post-launch support, handover documentation, and EU-hosted infrastructure with GDPR considerations built in from the start.
Scale: ongoing management, optional
Scale is a monthly plan from EUR 299, cancel anytime, for businesses that want continued monitoring, optimization, and expansion of their AI systems without hiring internal technical staff.
It includes system monitoring and updates, a monthly performance report, priority support, new automation added each quarter, and a dedicated point of contact. This is optional, not a required continuation of Build.
How pricing actually scales with your project
Prices vary by scope, EUR 499 is a starting point, not a fixed price for every project, and you receive a fixed quote after Discovery once your specific needs are understood, not before.
This is deliberate: quoting before understanding your actual workflows would mean guessing, which tends to produce either overpriced simple projects or underpriced complex ones.
